Shipping policy

We are able to send live fish throughout Australia with the use of Airport to Airport and Courier Services. 

Please note Tasmanian and Northern Territory Customers require licenses to be provided prior to shipping. Tasmanian customers need to provide us with a fish dealers license, whereas Northern Territory Customers an S11 Permit.

We will ship out orders from Monday to Wednesday every week unless otherwise stated in the News Section or if a public holidays occur. Western Australia orders will only be sent out on Monday.

Free shipping only available for Courier services. Air Freight will be charged according to location.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
